From the Experience gained from working within a Three Generation Family Building & Developing Business, a Nationwide Contracting and House Building firm and running a family Business, Deeprose Construction services is a newly founded Business setup with the purpose of Construction works of a variety of purposes.
The target of the business is to carry out Carpentry and Joinery, General building, New Builds, Extensions, refurbishment works and developments mostly in the Housing sector within Guildford and Surrey areas. I am able to provide a range of services from Planning Applications all the way to completion of a project and everything in between.
My established Business contacts allow me to access Architects, Structural Engineers and other Specialist Consultants for 'Design and Build' works, although I am equally versed at working in more traditional roles for Clients who have their own Designers and Consultants. I have access to some of the finest Trades persons and Sub Contractors with whom I have worked with for many years and established longstanding relationships. Similarly, I have longstanding relationships with Suppliers, Trade accounts, and have detailed knowledge of those locally and around the Surrey and Home Counties area.
Initially I would be looking to gain work from £500 in value to £500,000, although every project should be taken on its own merits as all works are personal to their circumstances and style. I fully understand cost certainty for Clients and can provide fully detailed and comprehensive quotations & tenders of fixed price or lump sum type. Also, I can work with measured quantities, prime cost, cost plus and time basis.
Working within my Familys' Business and time with an established Nationwide Contractor I have been able to carry out projects of a variety of nature from refurbishments, multiple dwelling housing sites, one off builds, multi million pound mansions, small & medium scale developments, award winning developments and others. Clients have been householders, Residential Housing Associations, Developers (Residential and Commercial) within the Home Counties and London including prestige style brands such as Aston Martin and premier London Developers and Interior designers.
