With the Fundamentals of a Trade background of Advanced Craft Carpentry and Joinery, I soon realized there was a vast amount more to Construction.

I loved my time at Technical College and gained a number of appropriate professional qualifications. Beyond my Trade history I have spent a further 20 plus years in a managerial role throughout Construction amongst a variety of quality projects. From taking a piece of land, designing, getting Planning Permission, Building, and selling to on site Project Management and everything in between.

I offer a 'Project Management' service for Private Clients and Organisations. Experienced with most forms of modern construction Agreements, and familiar with the Procurement of work I am able to provide Appraisals, Budgets, and Cost Plans all the way up to fully detailed Bills of Quantities. Given my background of High Quality work I most favour the ability to manage projects by Sub-letting packages of work against agreed budgets, where, with a client we can agree the specification and extent of work, get 'Best Value', and, control the 'on site' process.

Having carried out a number of Developments and other construction schemes I have contacts with a number of Architects of differing styles, Structural Engineers and other Consultants necessary to compliment the modern day building project. Similarly Estimators, Quantity Surveyors, quality controllers and experienced construction managers should things become more than one can handle.

My established Trade contacts allow me access to some of the finest Craftsmen and Sub-contractors, also suppliers where I can obtain competitive pricing, and service. From kitchens to bathrooms, tiles to exquisite sourced stone, fine joinery to door handles, I can provide the whole lot.
